1. General

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website бфк.бг and its subdomains ("the Site"). The Site is operated by LightSpeed.BG Ltd. (ЕООД), UIC 207711046, with registered seat at 6 Kamchia Str., Banevo, Burgas 8125, Bulgaria ("the Operator"), email: office@lightspeed.bg, phone: +359 700 10 747. By accessing the Site you accept these terms.

2. Service description

The Site is an information portal for cycling races in Bulgaria: an event calendar, information about tracks, teams, riders and results, and online registration for events.

3. Registrations and payments

Registering for a race constitutes an application to the organizer of the respective event, as listed on the event page. The organizer is the recipient of entry fees and the party to the participation relationship. The Site and the Operator only provide the technical means for submitting the application and are not a party to the contract between the participant and the organizer.

4. Event cancellations and refunds

Conditions regarding cancellation, date or format changes, and fee refunds are determined by the respective organizer's policy. Claims in this regard should be addressed to the organizer.

5. Participation of minors

Participation of underage riders requires a consent declaration, signed as prescribed by the organizer and the applicable sporting rules during registration.

6. Liability

Event information is submitted by the event organizers. The Operator takes care to ensure accuracy but is not liable for the correctness of information provided by third parties, nor for damages arising from participation in events organized by third parties. The content is provided "as is".

7. Intellectual property

The Site's content (texts, structure, design, code) is subject to the rights of the Operator or the respective third parties. Reproduction for commercial purposes without consent is not permitted.

8. External links

The Site contains links to external websites (organizers, social networks, etc.). The Operator is not responsible for their content or policies.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are described in the Privacy and Cookie Policy available on the Site.

10. Amendments

The Operator may update these terms; the current version is published on this page with its effective date.

11. Governing law

Bulgarian law applies to all matters not covered herein. Disputes are referred to the competent Bulgarian court.
